PQ DVD to 3GP Video Suite is an application that lets you extract video from DVD movies and convert popular video formats such as DivX/XviD video, avi, wmv, mpg, mpeg, dat(VCD), rm, rmvb, Tivo2Go, dvr-ms, qt, mov to 3GP files you can play on compatible mobile phones. This program lets you select a quality level according to the desired output size, choose subtitle and audio track, trim by setting start and end points of the clip or segment to convert, crop to cut off undesired screen parts, and configure advanced output settings such as frame rate, brightness, audio volume, etc. There is also an option to let the program automatically shutdown your computer after a long task is performed. PQ DVD to 3GP Video Suite presents a nice graphic interface with a preview screen and advanced features, a downside is that it can't process batches of files (useful when you need to convert multiple simultaneous videos) but it is a good option for those who want to rip DVDs and play clips on their mobile phone.
