This program will be especially useful for those who often need to extract fragments from long audio tracks, radio or TV programs, audio books, and many other sources. By using it, you will not only be able to isolate the parts you are interested in, but also to join them in a large file. When splitting files, the program will save each segment with the name of the original file and a number. However, when joining files, you must keep in mind that you can only put together audio tracks that have the same format. If the original MP3 files have different bit rates, the output file will retain the bit rate of the original fragment with the lowest one. X-Wave MP3 Cutter Joiner seems to have a problem playing audio files with sample rates lower than 44.1 KHz. When this happens, you will hear the songs as if played in high speed.
